I-270 Dublin Exit (Route 161 and 33)
This exit will put you on Rte 161 heading into Dublin. Turn right at first traffic light onto Frantz Rd., continue 1.2 mile. Turn right onto Bradenton Ave. Turn into the first left-side driveway. Our facility is the third red brick building and is located at 4975 Bradenton Ave. Parking is available in front of the building. When you enter the building, the clinic is to your right.

I-270 Tuttle Crossing Boulevard Exit
Go east on Tuttle Crossing Blvd. Turn left at the fourth traffic light (intersection of Tuttle Crossing Blvd. and Frantz Rd.). Turn left at the next traffic light onto Bradenton Ave. Turn into the first left-side driveway. Our facility is the third red brick building and is located at 4975 Bradenton Ave. Parking is available in front of the building. When you enter the building, the clinic is to your right.

From Upper Arlington, Downtown, Campus, etc...
Go North on Rte 33 (Riverside Drive). Turn left on Hayden Run. Cross over the river. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Frantz Rd. Continue north on Frantz Rd., crossing over Tuttle Crossing Blvd. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Bradenton Ave. Turn into the first left-side driveway. Our facility is the third red brick building and is located at 4975 Bradenton Ave. Parking is available in front of the building. When you enter the building, the clinic is to your right.
